Joseph A. Cipolla, President, has assumed many of the responsibilities of the company including but not limited to development and the financial administration of Bella Vista. Over the past 20 years, Joseph has maintained a hands-on approach to all aspects of the company's business areas. From construction and development to management, leasing and finance, every facet of operations is personally scrutinized. Joseph maintains the coveted title of Certified Shopping Center Manager by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Adam Priamo is a licensed real estate professional supervising the residential/multi-family properties managed by Bella Vista. Although specializing in residential management, Adam is also responsible for listing and selling residential client properties and assisting clients with new acquisitions. With many years of experience, he is a proficient supervisor for rehabilitation, remodeling, and maintenance projects as well.
